Updated AMD and Intel HD sections with newest GPU settings configuration based on people's recommendation since I'm NVidia user. Added new section (8) for Laptop users who are having problems with overheating. The speed limit stuff isn't that bad, but once I start losing a lot of money because the speed limit wants to go from unlimited or 130 all the down to 90 instantly, it gets annoying because it takes 550 euros away if I don't slow down fast enough.
the speed limiter should limit the speed a truck can achieve, like 90km/h in Europe, or 55mp/h in California and not adjust to the road you are on, this is what they need to change, state depended max. speed limits for trucks on highways and not lock the truck to the speed the street alowes
