Aliexpress advice is usual to request refund without return item as they hate doing free returns too due to the cost. You could literal buy a $1 keyring and it end up cost $100 to return to China and returns are always 100% guaranteed loss to customer.
If you do accept the 60€ refund, you'll receive that amount and won't need to return the item. However, it's worth noting that this is less than what you paid for the item. If you reject the offer, it's possible that AliExpress may come back with a higher offer or ask you to return the item for a full refund.
As I said before, it looks like aliexpress is automatically stepping in and the seller doesn't even have the time to reply (I have no idea why this happens sometimes and the disputes seem to get resolved by aliexpress faster than others) I don't care about the refund at this point, I just want my cancelling it to be 'useful', so to speak.

If seller does cancel, seller does not provide the refund, since AliExpress is holding the funds in escrow (seller does not get them until you acknowledge receipt or buyer protection expires), so requesting a refund from seller is a waste of time.
